Racing Zero DB

The aim was clear - to design a wheel with disc brakes, with the same soul of the original “Racing Zero”.
Creating it wasn't easy, given the premises and the myth it referred to.

We believe we have succeeded, developing a design along the same lines as that of conventional brakes.

The riding experience is the same and equally exhilarating until you come to the extreme rush at a hairpin bend.

New aluminum rim with a wider section: ETRTO 19C, external width 23,8 mm.

The special milling makes it possible to reduce the peripheral weight of the rims and to increase the reactivity of the wheels.


Racing Zero DB’s new disc brake hubs are the result of years of experience in wheel design.

We have used oversize flanges to balance braking and accelerating forces, and Two-to-One™ double spokes to guarantee solidity and reactivity when racing.

Quick release or thru axle? Disc brake frames can fit various standards. Racing Zero DB can be fitted to any frame, quickly and easily, thanks to simple adaptors.


USB™ ceramic bearings with top-performing cone-cup technology.

The cap and cone technology maintain the most efficient angle of contact between the bearings and bearing seat, increasing the smoothness and durability.


Aluminum spokes: a precise choice to ensure optimal rigidity and a special attention to aerodynamics.

Aluminum nipples: thanks to being lightweight they reduce the peripheral mass, the enemy of reactivity.
